no flour how interesting, I'm gluten free how did you make the bun and how did it taste. Store bought gf buns are generally nasty.

It’s really easy, you need: 1 eggs, 1/4 baking powder, 1/2 peanut butter. Mix everything in a bowl, heat a pan ( medium low) and use a cookie cutter ( not too deep) and put the mix inside. let it cook on both sides. To finish I have put sesame just to give color and texture. and that’s it, trust me it testes delicious
