Losing 10 pounds marked summer 2023 and this app has been a wonderful tool; it becomes a real sense of accomplishment feeling lighter while eating healthy with improving life style habits
Today officiates a total of twenty (20) pounds lost this year, with 5.1 pounds away from my end of year goal. Seven weeks to 2024 has obligation to drop one (1) pound weekly.
I shall continue what I am doing to forego the holiday calories and step up the miles on daily cycling (10 calories spent per minute)
This is to acknowledge that nobody cares more than myself, so, personal fortitude, here goes!
