I don't understand. I've been biking 20 miles a day and eating reasonably well why wont my weight go down!! This is infuriating WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel your frustration I'm the same way and keeping my calories under 1000/day. Don't know what else to do? some say increase your foods while others say decrease you calories it's all so frustrating and confusing.

Don't do that!! You need to eat. Take care of yourself first. Eat lots of good food. It will fill you up and satisfy your body's needs.

Maybe your not eating enough food. Or eating reactive foods. I kept hitting walls to but finally found a diet (lifestyle) that is working for me.

Eat all the food you want but eat from nature. If it looks like it came from nature, go for it. If it came from a box, can, or bag pass on it. If you're riding a bike a lot, your building muscle which weighs more then fat cells. I bet you're building muscle. Healthy fats also are needed to digest foods. Sounds like you're doing amazing!
