Lost 400 grams, but my goal is to gain more muscle. Measuring at gym today for the first time since we started our challenge. Very happy with my weigh in.
55.1 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Well done :) Hope you took before photos... I'd like to see how much better you could look... that's if you actually can look any better than you do ;-)
