I'm not sure why my weight is going up. Unless my tracking is wildly off I had at least an 800 calorie deficit. The only thing I can think is that I need to sleep more.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
