Going well so far with a big loss for the first week. Having got through the first few very hungry days, I'm adjusting to the big cut in calories.
I know that accurately logging all my food is a method that works for me, painfully obsessive though it needs to be.
Just need to watch out for boredom with the whole thing when it becomes glaringly apparent that I need to do this for months. At the moment, the novelty is good.
