Today I felt like I wanted everything and resisting was soooo hard. I find I eat more when I'm sad. I hate that I'm not healthy (disabled). So I live with my folks (49 yrs old) and I feel like I have very little control where once I had my future all planned. My blood sugar levels have come down really nicely.
I feel like I failed today, I gave into pub mix after turning down all white stuff and McDonalds French fries! I did however stay in my cal so it wasn't a total bust and I gotta say that did me feel like I didn't totally fail. Tomorrows a new day, I'll do better!
