I'm surviving thanks for asking nothing notable been busy with the kids. Wife got a new vehicle after waiting a year and a half for it to get built after we ordered it. Football and wresting are ovelapping right now so we are doing both 🤪the bulk is going phenomenal getting stronger and loving it. adding 5 lbs to my squat and deadlift sets every time I lift while keeping the reps and sets the same, can't complain about that!! Did 320 for 9 reps on deadlift and then after I was done with that I did my deep squats and did 235 for 10 reps. How have you been ?

Sounds like it’s going good for you. I’m glad. 😊 I’m ok. Hands are improving a little as things are winding down. By Nov.15 the beast is on hold cause the fam is returning to the US for a couple months. That place is my problem. It’s soooo big. I do like a weeks work in one day. 🤣😓 Workouts are going well, fam is good. Can’t complain otb.
