Day 8 of eating very clean. Saw some nice scale drops during the first week. This weekend must've been the first time I've eaten so clean (stared at the wine and not touched it - very sad), spent more time training and burning calories, and the scale did not move this morning.

I know putting too much pressure on myself already. Really trying hard to be race-ready. Race day in 2 weeks, and I'm nervous. The swim and run I am fine with, only learnt how to use my new bicycle yesterday - and she is fast!

Somehow have that fear of "big body" on skinny bike and I'll see my a$$ going over a speed bump.

Be sure to capture all the cooldrinks, teas, coffees, teaspoons of sugar, etc. There are hidden sugars and carbs that we don't even realise.

Yip, capturing it all....even the sucker the doc gave my little one that she didn't want. Are you guys managing to eat all your calories recommended on fat secret?

Oh no, I can't consume 3000 calories. That's an indication of how many calories to consume to maintain your weight. To effectively lose weight, you need to be 15-20% under that RDI.

I just set mine manually on a max of 1500 calories a day, I need to maintain that in order to lose weight.
