Down a couple of points today.. Very encouraging! I am being very strict with myself, though. Off to the chemist today to get the new pills the Doc has prescribed for my hypertension.. So this is a good start to the day :) I have started using an Air Fryer to cook my food.. So I am going to try some recipes out this weekend.. Does anyone have any good advice on using the Air Fryer?

If you can cook it in an oven then you can cook it in an air fryer, but you'll need to alter the temperature AND the cooking time (and yes, I'm speaking from experience lol) Even things that say they can only be deep fried can be air fried, so don't shy away from anything

Oh! Different air fryers, just like ovens, have their own quirks. So if something doesn't work straight away, don't just abandon the air fryer, tweak the temp and time

I would start with simple things until you get a feel for it. eg fish in crunchy batter, prawn toast, black pudding. You know, stuff that just needs heating up. I tend not to put in stuff that has a sauce. The first time I made fajitas it was a soggy disaster but I can dp them now. I find stuff needs slightly less time and temp.
