Neither Lion‘s Mane nor COW moops. The common name is Cauliflower Mushroom. Scientific name Sparassis crispa or Sparassis radicata (PacNW). It‘s delish. Texturally is like al dente egg noodles than taste like cabbage. Makes great broth and would be perfect for Pho 😋

Thx moko 😊 These can get weigh up to 50 lbs. 🍄 So glad this was only 7 lbs and still in great condition. The little guy was past its prime sp we left it.
