all 234.kalori sarapan pagi segini kenyang banget smp makan siang dan perbanyak air mineral..35.gr oat meal,2btir telur omega kukus,100.gr buah naga,segelas teh hijau,3 gelas air mineral bagun tidur dan tiga gelas di jam 9-10 pagi lanjut buah naga..
