I weighed and stayed the same but I'm really not surprised that I didn't loose any because I pushed it my eating too much LC Bread. I know it's LC but it's something I can't have a couple of times a day probably not even every day. I noticed what I had done yesterday so I feel pretty sure that's my biggest mistake. I plan to be much more careful with it I'll still have but not so often. I took what I had in the fridge and sliced it and froze it so I can get a piece now and then. It's really a treat to slice it thin and make a sandwich.
There are so many good recipes out there I just need to find more meat ones. I always go for the sweet or bread types so I guess I should set a goal to look for meat ones.
I had hoped to break into the 150s this weigh in but I didn't disaplain myself enough but I know it could have been worse with just having a holiday weekend. So I'll press on.
Everyone have a good one and keep a closer eye on what your eating than I did.

I have the same issue with almonds. They are good carbs, but in moderation. I have to portion them out and then put the rest out of sight!
