Mau tanya guys kalo running fokus di pace atau durasi keseluruhan? Kayak misalnya buat capai 1 km ngejar pace rendah atau fun run aja 30 menitan, jadi ngga fokus di jarak lari. 30 menit speed rendah paling dapet 1-1.5 km gtu, better mana sama 10 menit 1km?
