Its been along and hard journey trying to loose these 20lbs!!! I'm either eating too much of the right stuff, or too much weight lifting or not enough rest. So this week in going to try green smoothies and salad w/shrimp for dinner. Or 2 slimfast with veggie stir fry for dinner. Trying to run 45 to an hr on treadmill in a.m. I have 3 months to reach my goal.
