I'm not sure how today is going to go since I'm not feeling very good this morning. It started yesterday afternoon sometimes rainy weather flairs up my Fibro and we had a wonderful rainy morning yesterday. So I enjoyed the morning and I also spent 3 or so hours cleaning house yesterday and now seem to be paying for it.
I'm going to have to make some fat bombs soon, their nice to have on hand. I have a good lemon cheese cake one and a good dark chocolate one. If anyone has a good recipe for one I'd love to hear from you.
I'm also going to try to make some hot chocolate using almond milk and cocoa. I don't have the measurements so if anyone has done this I'd love to know.
I've got to get brave and weigh I haven't wanted to get on the scales because I have felt fatter the last few days, I know that doesn't mean I am but those of you who have a scale phobia know what I mean. I've never understood how anyone could want a talking scale but someone must because their out there.
One time I weighed and was fussing because I didn't like what it read and one of my cats promptly walked over and threw up on the scale, I thought it was funny she was feeling my disappointment and was taking up for me.
Well now that I may have upset some stomachs (sorry) I'll try to get on with my day. I hope everyone has a good one.
