Yeah.... Good for you LaraStar.... Where we are going there isn't a gym, but I to am taking workout clothes. I have made up my mind I am going to jog every morning. I am also going to buy a woggle (I think their real name is zoggs) which I use in my aqua fit class - shall take it down to the pool so I can do some aqua fit moves. I my even take my resistance bands, so I can do a bit of strength training. It sounds a lot, but I think I shall get bored, just laying sunbathing as I am a lot more active now. Like you, I don't want to let it slip :)

AND the other incentive is, in the evening, I will eat and drink what I want with a clear conscience...... I expect to put on some weight, BUT don't want to put on too much

Same plan here. I might not be able to track anything, it's just to keep on the ball. I will relax but not go back to my old eating habits. Hopefully never again!

The gym is fun! I think so at least. I make it into a game into my head to get me more pumped. I realized music is the key (for me) for a good workout. Change it up and see if that helps. Good luck!.

Ninjapanda...What sort of game do you make it into? I found it so boring that I kept watching the clock. Maybe as I get fitter I will enjoy it more.

well i kinda just pump myself up and become more own cheerleader. I'm also SUPER competitive. i'll do things like "you're awesome you can do another set" or "oh you see that chick over there? pshhh i'll push out some pushups" or "i wonder if i can do this faster? Lets do 3 sets in ten minutes." Usually when i do this i'm running around my gym which is burning more and i feel awesome. Get a friend to workout with you REALLY helps. You push each other and it helps you keep on track. Up your sets, increase your reps, challenge someone. Do something to keep it interesting.
