Joined a gym, trying kickboxing, "boot camp", spinning, and using the treadmill and elliptical. Hoping I will stay on track. Lots of stress eating and depression keeping me from being active. But, I am hoping that is in the past. Moving forward!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
