You're a beast! I am at 110 lbs for deadlift x 3 sets, 10 reps, back rows are at 30-35 lbs, skull crushers are about 20-25 lbs, depends on if I use bar or free weights. You are slaying it!💪👍

Thanks guys! I changed to a switch grip(?) with my right hand over and left under and it’s so much better! My husband suggested it the other day since I like doing higher reps but don’t have the grip strength. Yet. lol
