@snacky : aku bb 70 tb 150. aku sering angkat beban kak. Kalori harianku tinggi karna aktifitas aku juga bnyak kak. di tmbah angkat beban 5x sminggu. kalo kkak mau tinggi kalori harianya gedein masa otot kak.
