Hello! This was chicken breast done in pressure cooker the night before (spice up skinless, boneless breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and herbs) in pressure cooker with 1 cup chicken stock for 10 mins and natural release - oh so juicy every time and great for meal prep!! Then mix chopped red onion, cucumber and tomato (I used baby tomatoes since it was all I had). Quick drizzle of Ina Paarman's Honey & mustard dressing or any other dressing you have or like! Good luck! 😁
