Today was a very screwed up day. I went to bed after the sun came up, and woke up to the phone at 10 AM so only a few hours sleep. I eat breakfast at noon, slept from 2-5 and lunch at 7 pm. so I ate only twice, alot less and very low carb. lets see what happens with my blood glucose, last reading was 120 and slowly dropping. Did not weight myself
