guys genuinely asking, aku kan lagi lean bulking (asupan protein jg banyak bgt sehari2) trus ini olahraganya cuma ngikutin workout chloe ting + yoga di rumah, jd ga ke gym. kira2 beneran bisa grow muscle ga ya kalo aku rutin gini?

Bisa dong, aku juga kebetulan cuma workout dirumah. Alhamdulillah muscle mass naik, biceps & triceps juga udah mulai keliatan. Yang penting form bener & konsisten 😁
