Keju oles stengah sendok,
Oregano
Tumis bwang bombay sma buter,klo sdh wangi ksih susu sma keju oles dan oreganonya, aduk smpe mengental.

Resep steak : dada ayam, haluskan bwang putih, garam, lada, gula merah 1sendok, minyak wijen 1 sendok. Marinasi lalu panggang
Resep saus : tumis bwang bombay pke buter kasih susu lowfat 50ml, keju oles 1 sendok, parsley
Sausny dpt 2 porsi bs di simpan di kulkas buat mkn mlm
Resep mash potato : haluskan 100gr kentang, masak di pan ksih susu lowfat 50ml keju(optional)
