Erika! Thank you! I can't help but smile around this guy. He is super smart and funny. We are like two peas in a pod. I'm very lucky to be this close to my teenage sons. I would not trade my relationship with either of them for the world. 💙

Well, I can't say as I'm smart in the same way he is. He is smart is the way my father is... learns quickly, retains information, and understands how to apply it. I'm not that! Ha ha!

SunnyDT, thanks so much! When I was 14, my inner world felt chaotic. And although I can not shield him, or my other star, from all of life's ups and downs, I can create and represent a stabile place on which they can always depend. I can be someone who is safe to love. I can be consistent in my ways. I can be truthful always and gentle. I am devoted to them.

Thanks so much everyone! For the birthday wishes, for compliments, for everything! He is also watching what he eats. He is trying to bulk up by eating protein. Soooo he said no cake. Instead I bought him a donut! Lol
