I have no idea if my calorie count is remotely correct today. I ate pineapple curry at a restaurant with a Thai iced coffee. I pretty much had to estimate, but I did the best I could.

I'm anxious that I haven't lost weight in three days. The five I lost last week (due to a stomach bug) didn't really happen this week, I just included it because I wanted to record my high point. But it makes me really nervous that I've been eating so much less the last few days and nothing has changed. Fat Secret says I can eat 2200 calories a day and lose a pound a week. I haven't eaten nearly that much.

Am I just jumping the gun? I noticed that I'm taking in way too many carbs, maybe that's the problem. Erg. I need to calm down and keep doing what I'm doing.
