I have a headache. Why? Because I drank on Thursday at the premier of my friends movie.I don't drink, and I shouldn't because I'm on three different medications. I also made a total asshat out of myself. And it cost me 170 calories of nothing. And also, between me and my partner, $60 bucks we really can't afford right now. A total loss. Even though my calorie intakes were not bad this week, the content of food was ridiculous. I'm going to the pool, even with my headache, I think to punish myself for being bad. I'm not sure what the results of that will be. I don't want to weigh in. Yesterday I saw a great number, but today, not so much. I guess I'll have to weight in at some point though. Next week I start a temp job for 6 days, so I will have to be on track then. Hopefully swimming doesn't get the shaft because of work. I will do my best. To be continued....
