Well, it looks like I hit my first goal weight. We'll see if I can keep that consistent for the next week. If I can, I'll call it good and start on my next goal. :)

18% body fat, maintaining current weight. That means I'll be eating maintenance calories or a little less, and doing more weight training and cardio.

Lala, I have a little trepidation, which is why I'm waiting a week to declare victory. I switched to a 2000 calorie/day diet and plateaued for a while, then it started coming off quite quickly. I'm guessing the bounce back will be coming. After a week we'll see if I'm still there. Shia, thank you. :)
