I love how there's Cajun everything these days. I promise you, this Cajun never encountered any kind of Mac & Cheese, much less Cajun Mac & Cheese. I guess, if you use Cajun seasoning, any food can become "Cajunized."

Thx @FGJ 😊 I don‘t cook recipes but I did type it up for you only to have FS swallow it. Perhaps, I‘ll get motivated to re-type .. or you could make a roux-based veloute with Cajun spices and the holy trinity with a melty cheese, andouille, green onions and some al dente pasta and call it good 😁

SK ❤️ I think she left FS for good. I thought of her when the fires happened last month. I'm pretty sure she didn't live on Maui but still my heart broke for all the islands. I often wonder about our poker playing friend, the Fox, from California. He was such a great guy- always enjoyed his introspection! Nice to know that awesome people never completely leave when they're gone. Still in our memory & hearts. 🥰
