Well that sucks. I gained a hair. I'm back in the 230lbs territory. Well pizza and pop can have a profound impact on ones diet.lol Well I was kind of expecting it but, I wouldn't have been disappointed if was wrong. So, I amped up the exercise today and we'll see how that works out.I know I need to do something more everyday so maybe this will be the kick-in-the-butt I needed.
