We've had a killer few days with the heat, several days at 110° is a lot to deal with. When I have to be out in it I'm so wiped out when I get home I don't want to do anything especially exercise but I'm trying.

I had eggs again this morning and it didn't seem so bad. I've got a LC pancake recipe I want to try but then I don't know how to log it. I'm not sure if I should find something close to it in the recipe section and just use that. It doesn't seem like that's right. I've tried putting a recipe in and I find that very difficult. I don't know if it's the ap or just me either way I'm no good at it.

it s hot here too , 108, but seems like were past it.. its only 99 now.I dont head to gym till 7 or 8 most nights. Ive been wanting to try the LC pancakes too and figure i would just log the ingredients one by one then save it as favorite meal?

Looks like it's really hot every where, I hope this heat wave breaks soon as it's so hard to get things done.
