I changed my diet from Atkins Induction to Atkins OWL and on my profile it changed my start date to that date and it messed up my weight graft, does anyone know if that's what it's suppose to do? I know what my start weight was and date but I'd like for it to reflect it.

I'm upping my calories a bit. I had cottage cheese for breakfast this morning and it was very good to not have eggs. It will be a nice change once in awhile. I'll just watch and see if the scales go up. I hope not I also hope the calorie change helps jump start a lose. Frosty pointed out I might not be eating enough. Since I'm going to add a few nuts that should up the calories.

I had a bite of chocolate cake last night, OMG it was wonderful . I'm still a carb alcoholic. The only reason I had it was my DH went to a gathering and a friend sent it home to me and said she would call to see what I thought so I had a bite so I wouldn't be tempted to lie. I didn't go because I knew I couldn't stand to mingle for 3 or 4 hours with my back. I didn't log it because I don't know how to log a bite. It was really hard to not eat more but I knew if I got started it would be every carb in the kitchen. My DH ate the rest of it so at least it's not there to tempt me.

Everyone have a good Sunday, it's going to be a very hot one here in the desert.

Changing the 'Diet' on here is a massive pain and is visually deceptive. The programmers and designers are thinking 'Diet A' didn't work so the user will change diets, lets update their baseline info (start weight) to reflect their progress on the new 'Diet B'. I had wanted to change mine to 'Keto' but that would virtually erase all my visual progress. Just not work it for me.
