Bahan:
Sawi putih 3 lembar sedang iris,
Wortel 1/2 kecil iris korek,
Daun bawang 1 kecil iris,
Bakso sapi 2 kecil iris,
Dada ayam rebus suwir sekitar sekepal,
Bihunku goreng spesial 1/2 keping bumbunya optional mau dicampurin atau enggak.
Bumbu:
2 cabe keriting
1 cabe rawit
2 bawang putih
1 bawang merah
1/2 kencur.
Step:
Tumis bumbu pke 1/2 sdm minyak goreng smpe harum,
Tambahin air 400 ml,
Masukin telur aduk2,
Masukin semua bahan,
Seasoning,
Koreksi rasa.
