I did a double take when I looked at the scale today. I may have actually lost weight!!! But, I'm not doing an official weigh in until Saturday when my first week is up. I had a great day today :) I went for a long and lovely swim on a hot day, and got lot's of walking and outside time in. I have some temp work tomorrow and Monday so I'm looking forward to that too. Money has been tight since I lost my job due to my health. I can't wait until Saturday, if I've actually lost weight, I'm going to freak out with happiness! Fingers crossed...
