First day weekly rotation:

Although I recorded lunch and supper the same and separately...I will be combining the two and eating a third for now (lunch) a third for dinner and a third for snack.

I feel a lot less panicky if I know I have a 'budgeted' snack for whatever time I get a break...

even if it is at 2300!
