I haven't been walking so progress has been slow... but still a decline. I have lost over 20kg now since September 26 2022, I am giving myself another year to lose another 16 kilos at least, going to start weight training again too.
106 kg Lost so far: 21 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
