Down another pound. Since I had a cheat day Monday I ate real light yesterday. Ate pretty light during most of the revival too. Maybe eating light on everything is my ticket, or maybe splurging on one day is the secret. Who knows! But I've been low on calories and carbs most the time lately. The pizza and cake Monday night really did a number on my blood sugar, but it was a friends birthday celebration and we took the plunge. The cake was ok, I didn't make it, lol. So it wasn't really worth the increase, but I am seeing it takes a couple days for my blood sugar to recover, so I'm learning now my body is working.
