Super proud of myself! My second lengthy fast was a planned 16 hour fast. I felt so great by 16 hours, that I continued to fast until 19 hours. Side effects were a LOT better than my first fast, and it was easier too! Im really starting to enjoy this IF!

Juanita it will spike your insulin only a little bit then you’ll be back to fasting mode sooner.

Try drinking black coffee, no sugar, or milk. Milk has a lot of calories.
