Ok so I didn't do well at all last week. I am back on the diet horse and going to town. My plan this week is to cut out diet coke, and drink more water. I have a busy week this week and hope to get in some good excercise. Its also a short week with school, visitors in town, and kids' birthdays. Here's to a better week.
