Yesterday I wasn't very hungry due to the tangent I went on two days ago. I only ate about 1250 calories which normally would leave me STARVING. I also took the dog for a walk, about 1.5 miles or so. This rewarded me with a great weight loss. My lowest weight in recent months. Very excited.
