Constant juggling to up protein and fiber while keeping fat down and calories under control. For me low fat, high carbs works best. But I need to keep fiber and protein high. Also, I tend to retain water, so my next step is to cut down on salt. I only add it to certain veggies on my plate, but I sure do overuse it in cooking. So there's that to work on.
Oh, and I lost it yesterday evening and ate 4, FOUR!, of daughter's Lindor truffles. uuuuggggh. So there's that. :/
It's Wednesday, I'm going to try to make it a good one. Hope you all have an excellent day.
