This morning @ 5 am, the fresh keto strips indicated I was actually in ketosis. Finally. Moderately. I was rather happy. I even told The Little Man.
Now @ 5:50 pm, 19 net carbs, 2000 calories, no workout, but lots of sweating later, the strips are indicating “trace“ again. Gadzooks.
