I don't have any news. I'm still fighting back problems but I did sleep the night through (with my meds) that's the first night in about a week so I guess that's progress. I've been able to walk some extra also with my meds. I'm not sure if that's good or bad for me. I see my Dr Tuesday and see what he says. I'm not good at staying off my feet with heat or ice.
I know this is a dumb question but I need imput on whether you count all carbs or just net carbs I ate something that was 7 carbs but had 6 grams of fiber so when I deduct the fiber I get 1 gram of net carbs, that somehow makes me feel like I'm not right.

I'm wish I could answer that for you, but I haven't been on her long enough to figure it all out either. Take care of that BACK. I am getting over 2 back surgeries as I am typing. Hope you get better soon.

Some people count their net carbs which is total carbs MINUS the fiber carbs. I think Atkins calls them usable carbs. Personally I count my TOTAL carbs so if say 20-25 carbs per day that is the REAL total including the fiber. You know you cna set your food dairy to show you fiber and net carbs in two separate columns. good Luck!
