On work evenings...I walk. I walk a lot. So thought I should throw that into my exercise diary; hard to tabulate though, as I have sudden bursts of speed (Nurse!!!! NURSE!!!) and equally sudden periods of inactivity (Sure, let me button your sweater for you...but let's, just take your shoes off of your hands just for now).
Easily 10,000 steps anyhow.
