After taking a two week break from my WOE, I was fairly confident that I could fall back into routine, and I was right. That is a huge NSV for me! 🎉🙂🎉🙂
My husband and I were talking last night about all the great changes that I've made during the past 15 months, and how those have ultimately become lifestyle changes and a mindset shift. That's to say, I'm not on a diet, but instead I have chosen a WOE for the rest of my life that is crafted just for me and evolves with my life making it sustainable.
It still blows my mind that I am in control, not my addiction. The positive lifestyle changes have become even more important/essential at this stage in my life when I'm dealing with a health-hostage situation that has taken control of my body and limited my physical movement. I can't control what my body can do, BUT I DO have control over what I PUT into my body, though.
