Trying to not eat chocolate. Chocolate has become a routine and a habit and I'm trying to replace my chocolate intake with water amd fruit. Eating blueberries, dates, etc. It's not easy especially when 3pm hits and the mid day slump.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
