Yeah so that was the end of my 6weeks coaching session. Started at 143.4kg - down 3.3kg so averaged about 0.5kg per week. Basically following a calorie deficit and 150g protein per day. Happy with these intitial results. Have a lot of room to improve on movement/ steps and water intake. 💪 Let's see what the next 6 weeks brings 💯
