Look at your graph, it is on a downward spiral, so just keep going. So many things affect weight making the scale just one piece of the whole picture. Hang in there, you've been doing great!

Thanks girls......It sure does help to be encouraged .. I treated myself to a McDonalds ice cream cone which I love and haven't had since feb.....now tomorrow is a new start over....didn't know until I got home and looked it up ........that one little wonderful ice cream cone had 27 garbs....OUCH!!! Yes we can do this, and I am hanging in.....Thanks ....God Bless
