Day one...low carb day as per Chris ...choose to loose...my day was full of awesome eating..

not starving.
and a lot more interested in eating and preparing food...finally using my food scale again.

wow.
stayed below 1500...I think I was to shoot for 1200, but for day one,
I'm happy!
