Swam a few laps this morning, then came home and had potato chips for breakfast. Honestly, sometimes I make myself wonder about myself.

CrystalJo, you didn't offend me at all. Laughter is a good thing. Wifey, I'm so sorry; it takes such a long time, it's been over two months and there are still some foods I can't eat. But, we're still here and making progress every day, aren't we? 🌼🌹🌼

Yes! YES we are. I’m doing fine with it, just grossing everyone out with the look of my plate/bowl. 😜 In our fam text chat, my daughter asked for no more pics of my food. LOL She has issues with vomit so I understood. 🤣🤣

Lol, I totally get that. But, don’t be too hard on yourself. You’ll get back on track. We all have those days. The temptations are so had to stay away from sometimes, that’s all.😜
